The time had come for Ashima, the Goddess reborn, to be initiated in the Temple Order.
This was done through the most sacred of all acts of every living beings. The act of making love. And
to her bed that came Leah the Priestess and the maids Zada and Abella - her two best friends in the temple. And
they all made love. It was the most heavenly feeling that the reborn Goddess had ever been part of. For so say the Goddess
- sexuality is the holiest of all gifts of Life - it is what makes Life itself go on and on. And it shall be
treasured and revered. It is a gift to enjoy and to rejoyce in. This gift must not be used idly and carelessly.
But neither is it a thing to be ashamed of. Never be ashamed. And the Goddess say, all sexuality practiced between
willing, yearning adult persons ejoying and loving each other, regardless of gender or race, is the most sacred thing that
exists. And in the Temple of Asherah, sex was a part of life as much as it was outside, and the Priestesses - the male as
well as the female - were highly skilled in the art of making love, and it was their highest joy as well. And women
and men came to the temple also to make love to a Priestess. It was truly the most holy of acts.
And this was Ashima's most powerful moment of her entire human life.
And it was time then for the declaration of her Priestesshood. All
the Priestesses of the Temple were gathered around the grand table of the temple's main hall. And were also many other
temple maids who were to be accepted on this night. And for the ceremony, Ashima's white dress had been exchanged
with a dress which was red as blood, to wear only for this very night. Her first night as a Priestess. She had now acquired
all of the traits of a Priestess of Asherah Goddess - upholding all of the balances of Life - the balance
between female and male and between goddess and god, and in her heart lived the Sacred Mission of the Goddess to spread
love and joy and comfort to every living being. And Leah then asked her the Sacred Words of Initiation: "Ashima
- will You decicate Your Life to worship Asherah Goddess and to give Her knowledge and Her
Love to every living being and spirit?" And Ashima aswered her: "Yes. I am a servant of Asherah Goddess."
And around Ashima's neck, Leah hung the symbol of Asherah Goddes - the White Dove upon an encircled, even-armed Cross. Ashima
was now a Priestess.
